Back in Victoria

Hello again, it has been so long since I visited Bloggerland I almost forget how to do it.  As you may have surmised we returned home for a couple of months in November and arrived back here on the 25th January.  We managed to catch up with family and friends while we were home as well as sorting out our financial  health and our annual grease and oilchanges with our various Doctors visits.  So with a clean bill of health we are ready to start the next stage of our journey.  Although Bill had to drag me screaming and kicking on to the plane. LOL I was getting quite settled in at home and didn't want to leave.  The floods over here haven't effected the motorhome so we have been quite lucky.  I beleive there is a cyclone headed for the South West Coast of WA in the next few days so fingers crossed our home will be safe there.  There has been a lot of natural disasters in this country over the past few months.  It has been quite devastating.  From flooding in Carnarvon WA to extreme flooding in QLd and Victoria to the bush fires in WA.  (Although these apparently have been deliberately lit not exactly Natural disasters)  We took a few days to settle in over here but managed to venture out yesterday and played tourist.  We caught the train up from Clarkfield into Melbourne and visited the Docklands area where we enjoyed a lovely lunch with Russell & Hedy, our current hosts.  A couple of tram rides later and we arrived at the Queen Victoria Markets.  A quick browse around the various stalls admiring the abundant produce for sale and then returned via the tram and train.  When we left the station at Clarkfield we were driven to Sunbury where we enjoyed a rather lovely italian pizza, in fact I saved some for my lunch today and am looking forward to it very much.  Hopefully there will be more news when I next write
